When you ask Ronnie and Susan Morris why they’re so excited to be Express franchisees, they sum it up one way; “This is God’s plan for us, and it’s the right opportunity for us at the right time.”
Ronnie and Susan know that life is a gift, and they don’t take one day for granted. Knowing that no one is able to see what tomorrow holds, their goal is to live every day to the fullest.
“We all encounter certain events in our lives that really put into perspective just how precious and fragile life is,” Susan said. “I also think it’s those situations that spur us into action and help make us stronger.”
Taking action is something Susan knows about. She is running the Boston Marathon this year – for the second time!
That same focus, dedication, and skill that Susan applies to training for a marathon will also be the same approach she and Ronnie take in running their business.
Prior to coming to Express, Ronnie and Susan worked for Coca-Cola Enterprises, where Ronnie served as the vice president of on-premise sales and Susan worked in roles ranging from account manager to national account executive. They both are experienced in providing quality customer service and approach it with a servant’s heart.
Ronnie and Susan are overjoyed by the opportunities they have to help others and make a positive difference in the lives of those they come in contact with. In addition, they want to be the best staffing company in their market.
“We can’t wait to open, and we are ready to give back some of the blessings we have received,” Ronnie said.
