Former Express Client Becomes Express Franchisee

Express franchising opportunitiesRandy Gordon, new franchisee for the Greenville, SC, office, is familiar with how things work at Express. During his years of working in manufacturing, he turned to Express for help with his staffing needs. From a client’s perspective, he understands what’s going through the client’s head when working with Express and with associates.

Randy comes to Express with over 25 years experience in the manufacturing industry. He has focused primarily on the fields of employee health and safety, increasing employee engagement, instituting accountability standards, and improving productivity.

“I enjoy working with and learning about people,” Randy said. “I am looking forward to this new and exciting career as a franchise owner.”

Since he worked with Express as a client in the past, Randy knows that he will be able to serve his clients well because he has a good idea of what they are looking for when it comes to their workplace needs.

He’s also glad that he will have some variety working in the staffing industry. “There’s never a dull moment in this line of work,” Randy said. “And, I want my team and I to reach out as far as we can into our community.”

Randy and his team want to create a legacy for Express in their community and be known for doing good. And Randy knows that his team will be able to accomplish this, thanks to the support offered by Express through its headquarters, developers in the field, and other franchisees.

“Express has a proven system in place to help me grow as my team and I embark on this new business journey,” Randy said. “Having this support system allows me more opportunity to get the results my team and I want. It gives us the chance to create a legacy and make a difference in the lives of those people who come through the doors of our office.”
