In new franchisee training, we focus on three core competencies:

Here’s what the three-week training process looks like:

Two weeks of inside sales, outside sales, and business management training with our world-class training department. At our international headquarters, you’ll:

  • Receive a comprehensive overview of our training materials
  • Have a chance to demonstrate working knowledge
  • Develop competency through role playing and hands-on experiences

One week of on-the-job training in an actual Express office. At an Express University certified extension office, you’ll:

  • Perform major business functions
  • Get real-world experience
  • See the Express system in action

Our training program is tested and proven to equip our new franchisees with all they need to know.

So, what happens after new franchisee training? In the first week, you’ll have the expertise of an on-site office opening coordinator there to guide you through the process.

And we won’t leave you to figure out the rest. We’re there with you, every step of the way.
