Express is pleased to announce Greg Lowe as a new member of the Express family. He and his wife Kendra just purchased the Lynnwood, WA, Express office. Please join us in welcoming them!

Greg has over seven years of outside sales experience, and six and a half of them have been spent working for Express. He began his career in the Kent, WA, office as a business developer. He worked his way up to sales manager and then became the regional sales manager. During his time at Express, he was also named the Outside Sales Person of the Year in the Northwest region, not once or twice, but four times.

Prior to Express, Greg worked as a copy machine salesman and as a copywriter where he helped design ads for such companies as McDonald’s, Holland America Cruise Lines, and Amtrak.

“My wife, Kendra, worked as a temporary at Express when she was in college,” Greg said. “She’s the one who first told me about Express and helped me reach this point. Now today, I own my very own office! I only want to work for Express. ”

“There’s something special about Express,” Kendra said. “There is a sense of family here.”

Greg announced his vision for becoming an Express franchisee during his team’s goal setting meeting for 2010. With the help of his mentor, Kris Hoglund, his branch manager Dawn Colson, and long-time friend and fellow developer, Ralph Palmen, Greg’s dreams have come true.

“I have many outstanding relationships with very successful Express owners,” Greg said. “Everyone I’ve contacted has agreed to help me any way they can. I’ve also had a great example and great training of what it takes to be an owner.”

Greg is looking forward to this opportunity because it will allow him to positively impact others in his community, doing good for them and helping provide them with opportunities to better their lives.

Another reason for Greg to pursue this dream is for his family. He and Kendra have two young boys, five-year-old Aiden and three-year-old Isak. They are proud of their dad and think it’s “cool” he’s going to be the boss. And who knows, by watching their dad work, maybe there are some future Express franchisees in the making!

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey with Express, and I love the story of Express,” Greg said. “I know that through this venture I will have the support, backup, and resources I need to grow my business where I want it to go.”
