Express University (EU) online is a program designed to provide introductory training on the basics of our business. It offers opportunities for both individuals and team training. Our web-based courses are:

EU online offers a wide spectrum of eLearning courses that allow students to enjoy the benefits of our classroom training in smaller segments without having to travel. eLearning allows students to learn and study during hours they choose without having to miss productive work time. Franchisees can also follow their employees’ progress.

EU Certification

Our certification program recognizes the achievements of learners who successfully complete the required coursework for their designated curriculum. It also rewards high levels of performance and is a great way to retain internal staff. In fact, EU Certified staff members had an 80% retention rate in 2007.

Designed to keep the learner on a long-term path to success, certification timelines include:

• Inside Sales Certification - Approximately 12 months
• Outside Sales Certification – Approximately 12 months
