Tele-Seminars

Express University provides three interactive mediums that allow franchisees to learn from the comfort of their office. Each tele-seminar is one hour in length and the topics are hot issues straight from the field. Tele-seminars also offer an avenue for training staff. Tele-Seminar formats include:

  • TV Time – Visual and oral learning
  • Q4 – Hands-on training for proprietary software

Conference Learning Tracks

Each spring, at our International Leadership Conference, and each fall, at our Sales and Leadership Education Summits, we provide a range of live learning events to equip franchisees and their office staff with cutting-edge information to help their business thrive.

Power Train

Power Train equips Express franchisees for the task of training inside and outside sales employees. The Power Train plan combines Express University online learning, software training and learning exercises to get new staff members up and running within their first two weeks of employment.

Learn Link

Express University provides a LearnLink team training plan to help develop and grow your office staff. The plan focuses on studying one subject per week, completing group learning exercises, and conducting weekly repetition-based learning exercises. The lessons include Express University online courses, videos, exercises, role-plays and reading assignments. Franchisees can tailor the training to match the needs and time constraints of their office.

On Track Boot Camp

The 2-day training camp that transforms new franchisees with the courage to succeed into mature, highly disciplined, and fully capable On Track offices. During this time Drill Instructors teach individuals how to develop accounts, increase profits and develop a team to achieve success together. The Drill Instructor is responsible for ensuring recruits are fully prepared to meet the challenges of the battlefield by supplying the tools necessary to perform given tasks with efficiency, and the confidence to succeed in the face of adversity. Training includes account development, Top 20 Hit List development, proposals and pricing, client-specific training/testing, Express Business Solutions, team training and profitability for the future.
